Food
The best thing about Glimbara Diner is that portions of the menu change frequently depending on the chef's mood. That being said, there are old-time favorites offered all the time, such as American style platters heaped with fries and burgers. However, unless you're a kid, we suggest you try a more sophisticated Creole-inspired creation, such as the pumpkin soup or goat"water" (akin to stew and completely delicious). To top off your meal, request"fairling" instead of soda or water; it's a local speciality fruit punch. Glimbara Diner serves Caribbean cuisine. It is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner.Ambiance
The ambiance of Glimbara Diner isn't upscale, but it's comfy and cozy and you might just find yourself frequenting this place more than once during your stay at St. Kitts & Nevis. The décor is a mix of blue, white, and gray and adequately represents the Creole-inspired cuisine of this Basseterre hotspot.
