Ballahoo is a haven for those who enjoy good food. While specialties are chilli shrimp, conch simmered in garlic butter, Madras beef curry, and a toasted rum-and-banana sandwich topped with ice cream; you also get some of the best chilli and baby back ribs in town, here. Star attractions include delicious blue parrotfish filet and succulent conch in garlic butter. You can enjoy the seafood platters with coconut salad and rice – a wonderful combo. Others may prefer Italian-style chicken breast topped with pesto, tomatoes, and cheese and served with pasta and salad or the Salade Niçoise.

Ambiance
Overlooking the Circus Clock, it is an open-air restaurant that draws most of the cruise-ship crowd. With calypso and reggae playing on the sound system, the whirring fans, potted palms and the colourful island prints, you get an ambience with a very tropical feel.
